Our Easter Egg Hunt is scheduled for Sunday, March 29th, following the 10:30 a.m. mass on St. Michael the Archangel Church grounds. The age groups are (1-3), (4-6), (7-9), & (10-12). Bring your own Easter Baskets! There will be 3 winners in each category. Every child will receive a ticket for a chance to win the grand prize basket. Every child will be eligible to receive a small prize. Cake and punch will be served afterwards. Hosted by:St. Michael's Ladies Altar & Social Society.

We congratulate Mrs. Christine Soto-Dufrene on being selected to receive the Order of St. Louis IX Medallion. Archbishop James F. Checchio presented this medal to her in a special ceremony at St. Catherine of Sienna Church, Metairie, on Sunday, March 8th. The Order of St. Louis Medallion is one of the highest and most cherished honors bestowed by the local Church on a member of the laity. It was established to recognize individuals who have given unselfishly of their time and talent to the work for the Church over a long period.

Donations are being accepted in memory of your loved ones through March 22. Please use the envelopes on the table for your convenience. Your generosity will be greatly appreciated.

The sacrament of reconciliation (confession) will be offered at all Archdiocese of New Orleans churches from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM on the following three Wednesdays: March 11, March 18, & March 25.

Second Harvest Food Distribution is Rescheduled to Feb. 25th. St. Michael's Ministry of Care in connection with Second Harvest will be distributing food for the needy on Wednesday, February 25th at 9:00 a.m. for those who are registered.
